What were looking for:

Degree in IT or similar

Solid experience in front-end development using modern JavaScript or Typescript HTML5 and CSS3

Hands-on knowledge in one of the major frameworks/libraries: React or Angular

Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux NgRx)

Understanding of responsive design cross-browser compatibility and WCAG accessibility standards

Familiarity with RESTful API consumption and integration with back-end services

Knowledge of frontend security best practices

Experience with version control systems (Git)

Experience with AWS services (S3 Cloudfront) is a plus

UI framework experience (e.g. Material UI Bootstrap Tailwind) is a plus

Good English level

Familiarity with agile methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams in a remote/hybrid work environment.
