Job Summary
Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs troubleshooting issues and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will also require you to interpret complex issues and design tailored resolutions drawing on your extensive product knowledge to enhance client satisfaction and system performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avamar Backup Administration.- Strong understanding of backup and recovery processes.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.- Ability to document processes and create user guides for clients. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Avamar Backup Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
