Job Summary
Job Title : Senior ACA/Medicaid IT Program Manager (Eligibility & Enrollment SQL/DB2 $100M Projects)
Location :Menands NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large-scale complex IT projects exceeding $100 million with regular engagement and communication with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience supporting Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace implementations including systems for automated eligibility determination and automatic plan enrollment (non-claims non-clinical focus).
- Hands-on experience supporting Change Request (CR) development for ACA and Medicaid systems including solution design reviews technical requirements definition and implementation support.
- Strong experience analyzing and improving business and operational processes related to ACA and Medicaid programs.
- Advanced experience developing complex SQL queries stored procedures triggers and functions in DB2 and Oracle for large-scale data extraction and integration across multi-terabyte databases.
- Expertise in data interrogation analytics and data profiling including generating detailed technical reports and executive-level dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and supervising technical staff; PMP certification preferred or held.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
