(R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: RequiredFluoroscopy license in state of employment: Preferred in CA and ORVenipuncture certification: Preferred in CA and ORFacility Specific License/Certifications:ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): RequiredAHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: Required
