Job Description

Position: Lead Python Developer with AI/ML (There will be a code assesment first)

Location: Malvern PA Hybrid (3 dyas onsite and 2 days remote)

Duration: Long term contract

MOI: Video

Experience : 12-15 years must have lead a team of 4-6 members strong emphasis on strategic solutioning and improving the existing ecosystem knowledge on AL/ML.

Responsibilities

Design and implement back-end components for web applications.
Build and Integrate Generative AI models into enterprise workflows.
Develop APIs and microservices to support AI-driven features.
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to fine-tune models for business needs.
Ensure compliance with security privacy and ethical AI standards.
Maintain documentation and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Back-End Development: Designing APIs and server-side logic with or SpringBoot/Java.
AWS Cloud Services:
- EC2 Lambda for compute
- S3 for storage
- RDS/DynamoDB for databases
- GLUE API Gateway CloudFormation and IAM for infrastructure and security
Generative AI Expertise: Experience with Bedrock Azure OpenAI or similar platforms.
Knowledge of prompt engineering fine-tuning and model deployment.
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines
