Primary Title: Non-Technical Recruiter (Remote India)
About the Opportunity
We operate in the talent acquisition and recruitment services sector delivering end-to-end hiring solutions for businesses across industriesfocusing on volume hiring campus recruitment and mid-to-senior non-technical roles. This remote role supports pan-India hiring for diverse non-IT functions including operations sales marketing finance HR and customer success.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle non-technical recruitment: source screen interview close and onboard candidates for roles across sales operations finance HR and customer support.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn job portals referrals and Boolean search to build quality pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end: coordinate interviews provide timely updates and drive offer acceptance and onboarding handoffs.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems to maintain accurate candidate records track pipeline metrics and generate recruitment reports for stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles shortlist candidates and improve selection criteria and interview processes.
- Drive recruitment initiativescampus hiring assessment coordination background checks and vendor managementto meet hiring SLAs.
