Role Overview
As a Chat Service Representative you will assist customers through non-voice communication channels such as chat email text and social media. Your role includes resolving queries providing accurate information and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via chat email and other non-verbal platforms
Understand troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with clarity and empathy
Maintain accuracy professionalism and a friendly tone in all interactions
Ensure quick turnaround and high-quality support to enhance customer experience
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (12th Pass) or equivalent
Freshers are welcome; 1 year of customer service experience is an added advantage
Strong written English communication skills (grammar & spelling must be good)
Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed
Comfortable working in rotational shifts including weekends and night shifts
Salary
CTC per month
(Based on interview performance and relevant experience)
