About the Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the HR technology and talent acquisition services sector building digital hiring solutions and talent communities for startups and enterprises across India. We deliver end-to-end recruitment programscombining data-driven sourcing employer branding and ATS-driven workflowsto place top talent quickly and predictably. Primary job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across India: source screen interview close and hand off for onboarding while maintaining candidate experience and time-to-hire metrics.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards and proactive sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri Boolean search) for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles.
- Manage and update the ATS to ensure accurate candidate tracking stage progression and recruitment analytics for stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers to craft role briefs interview guides scorecards and structured selection processes to improve hiring quality.
- Lead offer management including compensation benchmarking negotiation and timely closure while safeguarding employer brand.
- Run targeted hiring campaigns including campus drives referral programs and employer-brand initiatives to scale hiring funnel.
