Job Summary
Job Summary
Handle PCB-level soldering assembly testing and quality checks for electronics products. Ensure accurate clean soldering work and support the production team in maintaining high output quality.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
Perform precision soldering on through-hole and SMD components.
Assemble PCBs sub-assemblies wiring and connectors as per SOPs.
Rework and repair PCBs (component replacement jumper fixes touch-ups).
Conduct basic functional testing and report failures.
Maintain ESD-safe handling throughout production.
Perform incoming component checks and basic QC.
Document production activity rework logs and test results.
Follow production timelines and support batch-wise output.
Coordinate with engineering/R and amp;D for prototype builds when required.
Maintain workstation cleanliness and tools in proper condition.
Required Skills and amp; Qualifications
Strong soldering skills (THT SMD)
Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and BOM
Familiarity with multimeter power supply basic testing tools
Understanding of PCB handling and ESD practices
Steady hand and attention to detail
