Position Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager will manage revenue operations end-to-end including pipeline health forecasting and data-driven insights. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in RevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee revenue operations strategy and execution across Sales Marketing and Customer Success.

Maintain and optimize CRM systems for accurate pipeline management.

Develop and implement forecasting models and revenue dashboards.

Analyze revenue performance and identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with Finance for accurate reporting and compliance.

Drive automation and integration of revenue processes using RevOps tools.

Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Required Tools & Technologies

CRM/RevOps: Salesforce HubSpot Zoho CRM

Revenue Intelligence: Gong Clari

BI & Analytics: Tableau Power BI Looker

Integration Platforms: Zapier Workato

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or related field.

3–5 years in Revenue Sales or Marketing Operations.

Strong experience in CRM systems and BI tools.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Experience in SaaS or B2B environments is a plus.
