The Butcher / Blockman is responsible for preparing cutting trimming and displaying meat products to the highest standard while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety practices. The role requires strong technical cutting skills product knowledge customer service ability and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a butcher/blockman (retail or wholesale).
Strong knife skills and understanding of meat cuts.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work early mornings weekends and public holidays when required.
Physically fit and able to work in cold environments.
