In this role you will be responsible for accurate cost analysis cost control and contributing to operational decision-making within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

- Perform detailed cost analysis standard costing and variance reporting
- Support budgeting forecasting and cost-reduction initiatives
- Ensure accurate capturing and allocation of production and inventory costs
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve cost efficiency
- Assist with audits compliance and continuous process improvements
- Utilise ERP systems (Syspro preferred) to ensure accurate cost data and reporting
Job Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree in Cost Accounting or related field (essential)
- 35 years experience in a cost accounting role
- Strong ERP system experience (Syspro advantageous)
- Manufacturing or engineering industry experience highly beneficial
- Analytical detail-oriented and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
