Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (German-Speaking)Role Summary

The German-Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles with a focus on sourcing and hiring top-tier German-speaking talent.This role requires a strategic proactive and process-driven individual who can attract and engage highly specialized candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and maintaining compliance with German market standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing:
    • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and define job requirements for German-focused roles.
    • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies tailored to the German market.
    • Proactively source and engage candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn Recruiter German job boards professional networks and local recruitment events.
  • Candidate Management & Assessment:
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including screening interviewing assessment offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills qualifications cultural fit (German Market) and German Language Proficiency (targeting B2 C1/C2 fluency).
    • Ensure all recruitment processes are efficient and meet internal service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Compliance & Market Expertise:
    • Provide market insights on salary benchmarks hiring trends and talent availability within Germany.
  • Employer Branding & Engagement:
    • Promote the companys employer brand within the German talent market to attract top-tier professionals.
    • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear consistent and engaging communication.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Language Proficiency:Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) with professional-level German skills (native-level or C1/C2 preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Proven professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment preferably within the IT/informatics or a related sector.
    • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle for specialized hard-to-find skills.
    • Familiarity with local German recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
    • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills.
    • Professional reliable and highly service-oriented demeanor.
    • A proactive adaptable and assertive personality capable of influencing stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and hiring projects efficiently.
