In this role you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will also perform various administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls emails and correspondence directing inquiries as needed.
- Maintain the reception area ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with office supply management and inventory controls.
- Responsible for the company contracts.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing documents reports and presentations.
Requirements- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Equivalent.
- 6 Months of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
