Develop and manage production schedules based on capacity lead times and resource availability.
Monitor manufacturing performance and ensure timely shipment of products.
Use ERP and planning tools to optimize production and inventory levels.
Coordinate procurement of raw materials and track purchase orders.
Support process improvement initiatives and cross-functional planning efforts.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Management Business Administration or a related field
Experience: 58 years in a relevant role including at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
Technical Expertise: Minimum 1 year of production planning experience using an advanced MRP system within a manufacturing setting
Process Improvement: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement programs
