Commercial Insurance Testing Concepts Process and Methodology
Lead and mentor the Quality Engineering teams ensuring effective planning and delivery of testing strategies.
Define and drive quality goals standards and processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
Oversee the design and execution of test plans for functional integration regression and performance testing.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in quality metrices and reporting tools.
Manage test automation initiatives evaluate new testing tools and ensure compliance with industry standards
