Working as an Implementation specialist is a highly variable role which includes a broad range of different tasks. The primary responsibility is to act as an application- and solution specialist for the platform ONESOURCE Pagero. As an Implementation specialist you work both independently and in together in teams since you will be working with several projects in parallel.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Implementation Specialist you will:
3-5 years in IT integrations and configuration preferably in e-invoicing.
Understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and compliance regulations in the EU/APAC region for e-invoicing.
Deliver end-user and super-user training; make decisions on configurations and troubleshooting.
Act as a specialist in large cross-functional implementation and partner projects.
Contribute to project plans and timelines.
Resolve customer support issues.
Engage with internal teams (product sales support) and partner organizations.
Assist with presales activities like software demos and prospect scoping.
Customize and configure applications as per specifications.
Design develop and document project deliverables according to timelines and budgets.
Involve in application configuration implementation and testing.
About You
Youre a fit for the role of Senior Implementation Specialist if your background includes:

Act as an implementation- and solution specialist in larger cross-functional implementation projects or partner projects
Input onto project management activities including creating and updating project plans and timelines
Resolving customer support issues
Engaging with other key teams within the business (e.g. the product sales and support teams) and partner organizations.
Assisting with presales activities e.g. software demonstrations scoping new prospects etc.
Engages with other key teams such as Product Management & Engineering within Thomson Reuters as appropriate to deliver end to end solutions.
Customizes and configures applications to agreed specifications.
Designs develops and documents project deliverables per project timelines and budgets agreed with customers.
Application configuration implementation and testing
