EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
- 1 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Very good command of both French and English.
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations especially within France and/or Canada.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong advantage).
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as collaborative team mindset.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
