High school diploma
Excellent interpersonal skills
Prior work with children preferred

Reports To: Athletic Director

Job Goal

To develop plan organize and implement a sound cross country team plan that will help participating students achieve a high level of skill and promote an appreciation of the values of discipline and sportsmanship.

Possess and utilize excellent team building skills
Accept delegated responsibilities willingly
Able to work under occasional stress
Demonstrate a high level of initiative in job performance
Demonstrate a professional attitude in working with students and staff members
