Job Summary

Project Manager Metro Detroit MI
Utilities Experience Required

We are seeking a detail-oriented experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through closeout. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams clients and regulatory stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on scope on schedule and on budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of project management: planning execution monitoring and closeout

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution

  • Track and manage project budgets schedules and risks

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

  • Prepare status reports forecasts and presentations for clients and leadership

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements safety protocols and industry standards

  • Mentor and support project team members including coordinators and field staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or Business

  • 5 years of project management experience in utilities

  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project Excel Power BI and SharePoint

  • Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
