Right now were on the lookout for a commercially sharp detail-loving Senior Estimator to join our VIC team and help us continue to win the type of projects Unita is known for high-end award-winning and always delivered with quality.

This role is ideal for someone who knows the tender process inside out loves digging into project detail and can confidently engage our clients trades and delivery partners.

What youll be doing

Running end-to-end tender activity including:
Setting up tenders using Nexvia and SharePoint
Issuing tender packages and managing Requests for Tender
Completing take-offs scopes and assessments across all trades
Reviewing contractor pricing clarifications exclusions and program alignment
Preparing head contract reviews and highlighting commercial risks
Producing detailed tender submissions and tender breakdowns
Supporting post-tender negotiations and best & final offers
Assisting the delivery team with scope clarification post award

Youll also work closely with our Delivery and Management teams to ensure tenders are commercially sound strategically positioned and aligned to client requirements.

What were looking for

Someone who brings:

5 years estimating experience in commercial fit-out (workplace/retail/hospitality/wellness is ideal)
Strong trade cost and program understanding
Confidence working with clients consultants and subcontractors
Experience with CostX Bluebeam or similar
Ability to run multiple tender submissions from $1M$10M
Sharp financial judgement and commercial risk awareness
Strong stakeholder management across internal and external teams
High attention to detail and a structured process-driven approach
