As a key player in Amazons Global Fleet Electrification team youll be instrumental in managing critical material transactions that keep our zero-emission vehicle infrastructure moving forward. Your work will directly contribute to reducing carbon emissions and transforming how goods are delivered globally.
Key job responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive material transactions for electrical equipment including purchase requisitions order creation receiving and invoice reconciliation
- Partner with material managers to validate demand signals and align with supply strategies
- Monitor order statuses and proactively resolve discrepancies in pricing quantity and delivery timelines
- Maintain precise procurement system records to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ordering and invoicing processes

Your day will be dynamic and impactful focusing on tracking and managing electrical equipment orders from start to finish. Youll collaborate with multiple teams ensuring smooth material procurement processes that support our ambitious electric vehicle deployment strategy. Expect to engage in problem-solving data management and cross-functional communication that keeps our electrification initiatives running seamlessly.

- 2 years of professional or military experience
- 1 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- 1 years of procurement purchasing supply chain related work in a procurement organization experience
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines or experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with procurement or ERP systems (e.g. Coupa Oracle SAP).
- Experience with end-to-end project management
- Experience supporting infrastructure manufacturing or construction projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on process accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $43900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
