Key job responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive material transactions for electrical equipment including purchase requisitions order creation receiving and invoice reconciliation
- Partner with material managers to validate demand signals and align with supply strategies
- Monitor order statuses and proactively resolve discrepancies in pricing quantity and delivery timelines
- Maintain precise procurement system records to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ordering and invoicing processes

- 2 years of professional or military experience
- 1 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- 1 years of procurement purchasing supply chain related work in a procurement organization experience
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines or experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with procurement or ERP systems (e.g. Coupa Oracle SAP).
- Experience with end-to-end project management
- Experience supporting infrastructure manufacturing or construction projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on process accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $43900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
