Join our High Intensity Outside School Hours Team working in a specialist school setting and become an integral part of our mission to support school-aged children and young people (aged 5-18) with disabilities in choosing the lives they want to live.

In this role you will work collaboratively with fellow educators/OSHC team children and parents to foster positive relationships in the community and create meaningful and engaging experiences to support childrens learning engagement and wellbeing.

We have casual and/or part time positions available working Monday to Friday
After School Care: 3.00pm - 6:00pm
Vacation Care: 9.00am-6:00pm

About you

Were looking for people who are passionate have a great attitude and an eagerness to learn. To be successful in this role youll share Yoorallasvaluesand have:

• experience in the OSHC/early education or disability services sector.
• Qualifications or be actively working towards a certification in alignment with the Victorian ACECQA National Quality Framework- desirable
• willingness to be committed to empowering children/young people to reach their goals and to upholding quality and safeguards in your everyday work
• effective communication skills and good English literacy to communicate well with our clients
• ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
• willingness to support children/young people with personal care activities
• Willingness to obtain a First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates if you dont already have one.

• Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting

• Completed or willingness to complete learning frameworks/modules
