IT Field Mobility Business Analyst
Location: Dallas TX
Work Arrangement: Hybrid two to three days onsite each week

Overview
A large enterprise technology organization is seeking a Business Analyst to support a major Field Operations mobility program. This role is part of a growing team focused on enhancing mobile applications improving field workforce efficiency and shaping the 2026 mobility roadmap. The ideal candidate is organized communicative comfortable in a large consensus-driven environment and experienced supporting agile software development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Documentation
* Meet with stakeholders and end users to understand needs and gather business and technical requirements
* Document user stories acceptance criteria and process flows
* Contribute to backlog creation and refinement activities
Stakeholder Alignment
* Act as liaison between business groups and technical teams
* Provide clear updates through presentations analytics summaries and regular communication
* Ensure alignment on objectives dependencies and delivery expectations
Backlog & Change Management
* Manage and groom the backlog
* Track progress across sprints and support change control activities
* Partner with PMs leads and developers to maintain delivery plans
Agile & Scrum Support
* Participate in agile ceremonies
* Ensure stories are properly prioritized sprint-ready thoroughly tested and deployment-ready
Process Analysis & Improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance mobile application functionality
* Help design new processes and optimizations with technical partners
Planning & Prioritization
* Assist in defining priority features based on business goals strategic value and resource availability
Scope Exclusions
* No hands-on coding
* No code review
* Limited QA support for release validation
* Minimal feedback on technical design as experience grows

* Gain a deep understanding of the Field Operations mobile ecosystem
* Participate in discovery efforts for the 2026 roadmap
* Support documentation and enablement activities to advance the teams long-term vision

Experience
* One or more years of experience in business analysis or related roles
