Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Tool Strategy & Design: Lead the strategy and design of the value tools to support cloud economics and business case analyses ensuring it meets customer partners and sales needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Orchestrate input from multiple product teams sales leadership and development teams to align on roadmap priorities and tool enhancements.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate regular design reviews and provide customer delivery support to ensure the tool effectively drives success and meets field requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and 12 years related work experience preferably in a matrixed organization
- Strong communication and influence management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies (enablement experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to codify and implement best practices that measure results and drives customer success
- This role is Broadcom office basednot available for remote work

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is$106900 - $190000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
