Role Specifics and Benefits: In this MICU RN role youll monitor and manage critically ill adults and support them through unstable periods with oxygenation strategies ventilator management hemodynamic monitoring and timely administration of vasoactive medications. Youll collaborate with intensivists pharmacists PT/OT and case management to optimize sedation pain control nutrition and renal support while maintaining meticulous charting infection control and safety protocols.
