Pay: $25$35/hr Commission Structure

Has proven sales success in luxury retail high-end hospitality or customer-facing roles
Thrives on commission-based income

Has natural persuasion skills and closing ability
Is comfortable discussing investment levels of $5000-$10000

Core Responsibilities:

Drive practice growth through exceptional conversion rates
Create unforgettable first impressions that set us apart
Master consultative selling techniques
Guide patients from interest to commitment
Maintain detailed sales tracking and follow-up systems
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Experience:

2 years of successful sales experience (retail hospitality or service industry)
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
Superior interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong closing skills and comfort with money conversations
Self-motivated with a growth mindset

NO DENTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED well teach you everything you need to know about orthodontics!
