As aPharmaceutical Sales Specialistfor thePC-CVRMPrimary CareTeamyoullplay a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients lives!

Main DutiesResponsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Develop anddemonstrateknowledge of clinical disease states and current treatment guidelines to effectively support healthcare professionals.

  • Communicate product information clearly and effectively to healthcare professionalshighlightingvalueand benefits of products.

  • Executecall plans andBrandStrategiesbytranslatingdata to actionable insights aligning with overall businessobjectives.

  • Analyzesalesdata andmarkettrends toidentifyopportunitiessupportdevelopment ofinsightfuland actionable business plans that effectively achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Establishesandnurturesrelationships andbuildscredibility withPrimaryCarehealthcare professionalsto effectively position products.

  • Leverage multiple channelsincludingdigital platforms andface to faceengagements to drive meaningful customer interactionsincreasingproductawarenessandfacilitatingadoption.

  • Collaborateeffectivelywith territory teammates district partners and functional teams to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales efforts across the territory.

  • Adapt to anddemonstratethorough knowledge of the AZ Selling Model ensuring alignment with organizational selling strategies.

  • Be open to receiving guidance and actively seek insights for personal and professional growth continually enhancing sales effectiveness.

Essential Requirements

  • BachelorsDegree

  • 0 - 2 years ofdemonstratedSales or B2B or Commercial experience

  • Avaliddrivers license and safe driving record
