Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Special Education Teacher Instructional Facilitatorfor an exciting job in Ashburn VA.

Responsibilities

Provide coaching and instructional support to special education teachers and classroom staff
Assist in the development delivery and monitoring of Specially Designed Instruction (SDI)
Ensure IEP processes and documentation align with Virginia regulations and IDEA
Support the effective use of curriculum assessments and instructional materials
Collaborate with administrators related service providers and families
Provide professional development on evidence-based instructional and behavioral practices
Assist with progress monitoring data analysis and intervention planning
Travel between assigned school locations as required

Required Qualifications

Collegiate Professional License with Special Education endorsement (or closely related field) preferred
Administrative endorsement or special education leadership certification preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in special education instruction or program support
Strong knowledge of structured multisensory instructional approaches
Familiarity with curriculum design behavioral supports and special education compliance
Ability to work onsite across multiple schools within the district
