Responsibilities:

• Chemical LAB analysis jobs including UPW / Chemical / Wafer / Slurry sampling & analysis.
• Require lab analysis tools operation (IC / GC / ICP-MS / LC-MS / VPD / AT) and data process.
• Assist engineer tool trouble shooting and analysis supporting.
• Can co-work and co-operate job arrangement and tool analysis assignment.
• Can write reports and work on design/summarize experiments.
• Need to follow safety rule of chemical management change management and risk assessment for Lab chemical operation.

• 實驗室儀器 (IC / GC / ICP-MS / LC-MS / VPD / AT...) 的操作及資料處理
• 支援機台異常處理及異常分析
