• Define BESS project scope (SAB level) goals and deliverables in different stages:
• Develop detailed project plans timelines (Gantt charts schedules) and budgets.
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams (commercial service product solution contract &l egal finance etc.).
• Motivate and guide the team to meet the plans.

• Act as the main point of contact for customer executives and team members.
• Provide regular progress updates (status reports meetings).
• Organize regular meetings with key stakeholders and report to internal and external parties.
• Manage expectations and negotiate changes when necessary.

• Track project payment milestones and ensure adherence to the program & deadline.
• Allocate resources efficiently (manpower tools materials).

• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder progress.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Conduct post-project reviews (lessons learned performance analysis).

• 3 years in project management leadership within energy storage renewables or technical infrastructure sectors
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Proven experience managing teams and developing customers relationship.
• Skilled in solution-based project management with strong contract negotiation ability
• Fluent English
• Willing to travel 40-50% of the time
