Job Summary
We are currently inviting applications for an Assistant Manager to join our role focuses on supporting the day-to-day activities across our Canopy Operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to oversee the initial staff induction to the department and the ongoing training and development of all team members within the department. They will be assisting with the effective and efficient management of F&B outlets in the Canopy Restaurant maintaining the consistency of high food and service standards in each outlet at all times.

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in bar and beverages.
- Previous experience in delivering excellent food and beverage service.
- Excellent IT Skills including a proficient user of MS Office and excel.
- Knowledge of Volante system is an advantage.
Personal Qualities
- Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
- Be self-motivated being able to work alone with good personal organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail organisational negotiation and communication skills are a must including fluent spoken and written English.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- Helping the Canopy Manager with food and beverage Gross Profit margin each month
- To assist with managing payroll costs.
- To help organise the efficient operation of the department.
- Staff communication and training
- To support the further development of the department and the team
