Were looking for a dynamicEmployment Coach to champion person-centred practices and contemporary disability service this role youll be the mentoring and motivating the supported employees that work in the production field to feel supported and cared for in their day to day working environment. Youll work closely with a small group of Supported Employees to provide customer safeguarding and positive behaviour strategies to mentor and coach the employees. You will use a high level of standards to ensure highest level of disability practice is achieved and upheld.

Ideal applicant will have prior experience in working with supported or disability employees or lived experience. You will have a strong understanding in safeguarding and Positive behaviour support plans.

What Youll Do:

• Collaborate with site leadership to deliver commercial outcomes and inclusive employment practices.
• Mentor and coach Supported Employees to support their NDIS goals and provide best-practice standards
• Support the implementation of safeguarding and positive behaviour strategies.
• Foster a culture of growth respect and empowerment across our work sites.

What you can bring to the team

• Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work) and an open Drivers License.
• Experience in disability support will be highly regarded.
• A genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation with a natural empathetic nature.
• CPR and First Aid required or willing to obtain
