TITLE
Analyst FMC Operational Systems
JOB SUMMARY
Oversees the entire work order life cycle from initial request to final completion for the department. Responsible for monitoring the workflow within the FMC operational systems ensuring that work orders are processed assigned and completed in a timely and efficient manner. Also responsible for maintaining data integrity producing accurate performance reports and analyzing workflow trends to identify and recommend process improvements. This role supports FMC operations across all university campuses and serves as a key resource for data-driven institutional decision-making. Also serves as support for the service desk and provides general administrative support to the Director and direct reports. Work is performed with general supervision and performance is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Supervises: Nosupervisoryresponsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES -May include but not limited to the following:
Receives interprets and assigns facilities operations service requests from various customers.
Communicates and coordinates work with clients and FMC supervisors to ensure proper scheduling resource allocation and accomplishment in a friendly accurate and timely manner.
Serves as FMCs point of contact for operational data.
Oversees monthly work order reports and reporting requirements.

Assures all data in FMC software is accurate and current.
Receives department emergency service calls and routes as appropriate.
Enters data related to and running preventive maintenance programs and other reports using the computer software.
Closes completed work orders on a monthly basis or as required.
Assists in the development and implementation of major project timelines.
Consults and assists other teams on projects and integration issues.
Assists in process improvements related to effective FMC operations.
Ensures technology for Work Order System is operational and up to date.
Identifies issues or problems and researches solutions within specific areas.
Collects and analyzes data prepares materials for meetings and conferences and provides assistance with report completion.
Keeps complex records assembles and organizes data of a complex nature and prepares and submits reports in acceptable formats.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES

EDUCATION
Bachelors degree preferred. Technology and network systems certifications preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Five years job-related work in computing and/or communications education environment. Three years highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience or any equivalent combination of education training and experience preferred.
REQUIREMENT
Regular and reliable attendance at the University during regular scheduled days and work hours is an essential function of this position.
