Description
Downers Energy & Utilities business unit is seeking a Resource Management Team Lead to join our National Service Delivery Team. This leadership role is pivotal in motivating and guiding a high-performing team to consistently meet customer commitments while managing daily resource management functions. You will drive workforce productivity ensure technical capability and foster a culture of excellence and Zero Harm across the team.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with:
- Minimum 2 years experience in resource planning forecasting and capacity management.
- Proven experience leading a professional and technical Work Management team in a service-based industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to optimise workforce allocation and manage labour costs within budget.
- A passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in word processing spreadsheets and relevant workforce management systems.
