Role Overview
The Programme Manager will lead and govern a high-performance delivery programme for a global financial services client known for stringent quality compliance and schedule expectations. The role requires meticulous controls transparent reporting and exceptional stakeholder management to ensure delivery excellence across design base build integration and interior fit-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of project planning and delivery ensuring alignment with global corporate standards and governance frameworks.
- Establish robust reporting mechanisms risk registers action logs and change-control systems.
- Coordinate with the clients global and regional stakeholders for approvals audits documentation and compliance.
- Drive integration between base build and fit-out delivery to ensure seamless technical alignment.
- Lead project controls: cost management scheduling risk forecasting and variance analysis.
- Manage design reviews technical validations quality benchmarks and configuration standards.
- Monitor contractor performance procurement timelines commercial claims and change orders.
- Ensure best-in-class HSE practices documentation hygiene and audit readiness.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional PM teams with clarity discipline and accountability.
Qualifications :
- 20 years experience in the real estate sector.
- 1015 years of programme/ project management within corporate workplaces.
- Experience delivering for global clients with stringent governance standards.
- Degree in Architecture; PMP/ Prince2/ RICS preferred.
