Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional Construction & Commissioning organization promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with GE Vernova EHS policies local regulations and company standards.

• Represent C&C during ITO (Inquiry-to-Order) and OTR (Order-to-Remittance) phases providing accurate inputs for planning cost and risk assessment.

• Ensure project site activities construction and commissioning are executed safely on schedule on budget and to the required quality and contractual standards.

• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through Lean and productivity initiatives within the region.

• Manage resource allocation competency development and succession planning to meet business needs and project demands.

• Partner with the Regional General Manager Project Directors and Global C&C leadership to define execution strategies and mitigate project risks.

• Oversee the development and execution of the regional financial operating plan including budget adherence productivity and cost-out targets.

• Collaborate with other GE Vernova regions and functions (Engineering Sourcing Project Management Commercial etc.) in both Steam and Hydro projects to ensure seamless project delivery and knowledge sharing.

• Represent GE Vernova to customers consortium partners and subcontractors on matters related to construction and commissioning execution.

• Contribute to developing tendering tools standards and lessons learned to strengthen future bids and project performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 15 years of relevant project execution experience including significant exposure to Project Management site management and construction & commissioning operations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional multicultural teams in large-scale infrastructure or power projects.

• Proven track record of managing construction and commissioning activities for complex industrial or energy projects.

• Fluent in English.
