We are seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW LICSW or LISWS) to join a Multi-Specialty Group in Sandusky OH. This position offers a competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule: Full-time position (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active Ohio State License (LCSW LICSW or LISWS).
Experience: New graduates welcome; experienced clinicians encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of behavioral health assessment and treatment modalities; EHR proficiency.
Soft Skills: Strong therapeutic skills empathy cultural competence and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Provide individual group and family therapy services
Develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group
Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings
