Job Summary/Description:
KTTC the #1 broadcast station in the Rochester/Mason City/Austin market is looking to hire a live sporting event videographer. If you have a love for local sports and want schedule flexibility this is for KTTC continuing its success in broadcasting local sports to viewers and followers over the air and on digital streaming platforms.
KTTC the #1 broadcast station in the Rochester/Mason City/Austin market is looking to hire a live sporting event videographer. If you have a love for local sports and want schedule flexibility this is for KTTC continuing its success in broadcasting local sports to viewers and followers over the air and on digital streaming platforms.
This person will work with the sporting event coordinator involving local games including but not limited to KTTC Gameday. This person will mostly work in the field at live events; he/she will have flexibility with their hours outside of the live events.
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Be able to shoot the games using mainly but not limited to JVC cameras
Edit video for multiple platforms
Be able to work with all stakeholders from the schools station management program sponsors etc.
Must be an innovative team player with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced deadline-driven and sometimes stressful environment
Flexibility with scheduling and/or assigned work shifts is preferred
Must be able to work at the station in Rochester Minnesota
Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be 18 years old or older
Experience shooting live sports
Knowledge of video camera/audio equipment technology
Candidates must have a drivers license and a clean driving record
Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States
