Job Summary
- Analyze design and test process automations on the ServiceNow platform (development handled by our Global Competence Center).
- Design and test integrations between ServiceNow (cloud) and other applications (on-prem/cloud) in collaboration with the API Gateway team.
- Translate business needs into technical designs that deliver real value.
- Conduct technical integration testing and ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve complex incidents and defects tracking them to closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions effectively.
- Focus on analysis design and problem-solving (note: scripting and programming are not part of this role).
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow (solid knowledge is a must).
- Strong technical foundation and analytical skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts and eagerness to learn more.
- Understanding of JavaScript fundamentals or another programming language for conceptual comfort.
