Senior Business AnalystProxy Product Owner

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather refine and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic objectives
• Work closely with product owners development teams QA engineers and designers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
• Create detailed documentation including process flows user stories and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designs
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources reconcile conflicts decompose high-level information into details abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from underlying real needs
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and regular analytical reports using Apache Superset and occasionally Power BI Tableau
• Create report prototypes and analytical visualizations independently when needed
• Contribute to the automation standardization and optimization of reporting processes
• Conduct demo sessions for stakeholders and prepare user documentation to facilitate adoption of delivered solutions

Qualifications :

• 34 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst working on data-intensive projects involving BI solutions reporting and data platform development
• Confident SQL skills and a solid understanding of data modeling principles
• Practical experience with BI tools (Superset Power BI preferably Tableau)
• Proven ability to build and present dashboards and analytical insights
• Strong understanding of iterative ways of working especially Scrum
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience participating in the end-to-end development of a Data Warehouse / SSA layer from scratch
• Experience building BI prototypes or POCs independently before involving developers
