Job Summary

As a Omnichannel Campaign Manager you are part of the Global Campaigns team based at our Amsterdam HQ shaping how our brand connects with consumers across Asia and the Middle East especially China. You develop and adapt impactful 360 integrated omnichannel campaigns to boost the Rituals brand and drive communication through the entire brand funnel in Asia from awareness to purchase across owned earned and paid channels. Acting as the bridge between our global brand strategy and local market execution you ensure every campaign is relevant competitive and culturally resonant while staying true to our brands DNA.

 

In this role you will:

  • Develop adapt and execute impactful omnichannel campaigns and communication strategies for Rituals across Asia and the Middle East with a strong emphasis on China.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns from approach development creative concept briefing collaboration with glocal/local teams to paid media execution and measurement.
  • Work closely with the in-house agency on creative concepts copy and video/photography assets.
  • Collaborate with key marketing and digital teams on 360 omni plans and ensure consistent campaign implementation across all channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry and local market trends to inform campaign strategy and execution.
  • Maintain a flexible and solution-oriented approach and ensure relevant stakeholders are informed and involved.
  • Contribute to the brand awareness/consideration and revenue growth targets.

Qualifications :

You are an engaging communicator who inspires teams to action and can run complex cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in Asia a deep understanding of the market and marketing channels and a proven track record of leveraging these channels to drive brand awareness engagement and results.

 

On top of this you bring:

  • 45 years experience as a brand or campaign manager ideally for a global beauty lifestyle or consumer brand in Asia.
  • Proven understanding of Asian marketing channels and consumer behaviour with deep familiarity with China (essential).
  • Experience turning insights and cultural nuance into locally relevant campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of owned earned and paid media with channel variations by region.
  • Experience working with in-house creative teams and external local partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills within global matrix environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese preferred.
  • A proactive adaptable mindset and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
