Position Overview:The Corporate Vice President of Procurement Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving innovation transformation and excellence across global procurement operations. This executive will lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge procurement solutions integrating technology strategy and service delivery to create measurable value for clients and Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Innovation- Define and execute the global procurement solutions strategy aligned with corporate goals.-End-to-end responsibility for conceptualizing and building high-quality deliverables required during the sales cycle including thought leadership. Typical deliverables include customized client presentations responses to RFPs/RFIs and proactive proposals.- Champion the use of AI GenAI RPA and analytics to enhance procurement performance and customer Engagement & Solution Architecture- Serve as the executive sponsor for key client engagements ensuring delivery excellence and strategic alignment.- Architect and present innovative procurement solutions tailored to client needs leveraging deep domain expertise and commercial acumen.- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders across Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients.-Ownership responsibility and accountability for creating winning solutions individually as well as from her/his team members-Serve as executive sponsor and chief solution architect for Fortune 500/Global 2000 pursuits.-Design operating models (onshore/offshore/nearshore) FTE & complexity frameworks and digital/AI-enabled S2P transformations.-Lead competitive orals workshops and executive storytelling to articulate differentiated valueOperational Excellence-Manage stakeholders across functions that provide relevant inputs to the solution (pricing technology transition etc.)-Ensuring already laid down processes are being followed and should be able to introduce new processes to improve efficiency winnability and deliverability of the solution- Monitor and exceed financial metrics including savings targets SLA adherence and productivity benchmarks.- Implement governance frameworks and escalation protocols to manage risks and ensure client satisfaction.-The role may also include participating in consulting diagnostic studies and strategic projects; developing collateral; and leading or participating in client visits to various WNS & Financial Ownership Build detailed pricing and investment models ensuring margin thresholds and strategic competitiveness. Drive governance for productivity tracking SLA/fee-at-risk and savings Leadership & Development-Spending over 50% of the work time reviewing inputs and outputs of every deal from the team as per key timelines- Drive talent development through mentoring upskilling and performance management programs.- Promote diversity inclusion and employee engagement across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:- Masters degree preferred in Business Supply Chain Engineering or related field- 18 years of progressive leadership experience in solution design procurement sourcing and supply chain management.- Proven success in leading large-scale transformation and digital procurement initiatives.- Expertise in procurement technologies (e.g. Coupa Ariba SAP) analytics and automation tools.- Strong commercial mindset with experience in solution selling and client engagement.- Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management Certifications:- CPSM CIPS Six Sigma or equivalent procurement/supply chain certifications.
