Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Change & UAT Coordinator to manage change processes and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday enhancements and releases. This role ensures that system changes are delivered smoothly tested thoroughly and adopted effectively across HR Payroll and business teams. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and end-users ensuring readiness communication and compliance with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate UAT activities for Workday releases enhancements and new module implementations.
- Develop and maintain UAT plans scripts and schedules in alignment with project timelines.
- Facilitate communication between HR Payroll IT and business stakeholders during testing cycles.
- Track and report defects issues and resolutions throughout the testing process.
- Support change management activities including impact assessments stakeholder engagement and readiness planning.
- Prepare and deliver training materials user guides and communication for upcoming changes.
- Ensure compliance with change control and governance processes for Workday updates.
- Participate in Workday release reviews and assist with adoption of new features.
Total Experience Expected: 08-12 years
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems with strong exposure to Workday.
- Hands-on experience coordinating UAT and managing change processes for Workday modules (HCM Recruiting Talent Advanced Compensation Absence Benefits Time Tracking).
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and release management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple testing cycles and deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certification in HCM or related modules.
- Experience in global HRIS environments and complex organizational structures.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Background in change management frameworks and tools.
