As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive.
- Manage the waitlist and seating chart to ensure efficient table turnover.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand.
- Buss clean and properly reset tables.
- Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Answering phone calls taking reservations and answering questions.
- Knowledgeable in all the menus (Lunch Dinner Bar Beverage Menu Kids menu)
- Help with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
- Most importantly providing excellent customer service.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexible availability including nights weekends & holidays.
