Job Summary/Basic Function

The Assessment and Accreditation Specialist provides administrative technical and analytical support for the College of Educations assessment reporting survey administration and accreditation processes. The position manages assessment systems designs and administers surveys collects and verifies data and maintains documentation required for state and national accreditation. Serving as a College-wide resource this role supports all programs and operational units in meeting assessment reporting and compliance expectations. The specialist ensures that data evidence and records are accurate organized and accessible to support continuous improvement program review and accreditation activities.

Required Education

Masters degree; OR bachelors degree with a minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible related experience.

Required Related Experience

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in assessment surveys data management accreditation support compliance institutional effectiveness or related administrative work.
Candidates with a bachelors degree must demonstrate at least four (4) years of progressively responsible related experience.

Desirable Related Experience

Experience supporting educator preparation programs or colleges of education.
Experience with CAEP or state program approval processes.
Experience with assessment or accreditation platforms (e.g. SL&L TK20/Watermark).
Experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics SurveyMonkey Microsoft Forms).
Experience preparing compliance audit or accreditation documentation.
