Job Description

As a Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients while reporting to Senior Managers and above.

• Be involved in the financial metrics.

• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.

• Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen.

• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.

• Adherence to SLAs experience in incident management change management and problem management.

• Develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges.

• Assist in the management and delivering of large projects.

• Train coach and supervise staff to recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.

• Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.

• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.

• Continue to develop internal relationships and the PwC brand.

• Build a strong team environment that includes client interactions workstream management and cross-team collaboration.

• Actively engage in cross competency work and contribute to COE activities.

• Demonstrating project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being detail oriented.

Position Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 15 20 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applicationsspecifically specialized in any Three of the below modules

• Procurement

• OM

• Inventory Macf t6nagement

• Maintenance

• Manufacturing

• WMS

• TPM

• Should have completed at least THREE Full lifecycle ERP Projects / Delivery Management experience from requirement development / definition to functional solution design implementation (Convert Integrate and Extend) System Testing UAT PROD Cut-Over Go-Live and service management

• Project Management experience in a consulting / IT Services environment

• Sound knowledge of upgradation lift and shift and support projects experience in Oracle EBS / Fusion

• Strong experience in implementation and support of Oracle Cloud / Fusion Procurement & SCM and financial modules

• Good understanding of Industry Solutions and implementation aspects of engagement integrated software solutions within constraints like Time Budget

• Effectively communicate with various stakeholders and actively participate in practice / business development activities

• Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence

• Solid understanding of Enterprise Structures and ability to guide the team where necessary

• High level knowledge of end-to-end integration of SCM Modules with other modules like Projects Financial & HCM

• Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLAs and KPIs

• Strong communication presentation analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong people and team management experience

• Act as domain expert on Projects and provide coaching mentoring guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members

Preferred Skills:

• Good to have HCM/Finance and other related certifications

• Knowledge on using automated processes for configuration and data migration would be an added advantage.
