What you will be doing
Youll collaborate closely with Product Engineering Research and fellow Designers to bring ideas from concept to polished implementation. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on designer who enjoys problem-solving fast iteration and shaping delightful user experiences in an innovative environment.
- Design intuitive end-to-end product experiences from user flows and wireframes to prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to make thoughtful decisions based on impact user needs and scope.
- Take part in user research and usability testing using insights to refine and validate your work.
- Contribute to our design system and help maintain a high visual and interaction quality across the product.
- Collaborate with other designers sharing feedback and supporting a healthy creative design culture.
- Stay curious and bring new ideas tools and relevant AI-driven approaches into your design process.
Your skills and experience
- 3 years of experience designing digital products preferably tools or platforms with strong UX complexity.
- Experience owning end-to-end design for features or product areas.
- A portfolio showing strong interaction design product thinking and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced iterative environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Proficiency in Figma with familiarity in design systems and prototyping.
- Passion for creative tools AI storytelling or content creation a plus.
- Experience in early-stage products or 01 features an advantage.
