Job Summary
Radiation Therapist Small Hospital in; Glenwood Springs Colorado
4- 10 hour shifts (no weekends no on call)
Our Client is a leading cancer treatment facility in the Rockies the Cancer Center is home to a nationally-renowned highly-skilled innovative and respected team of providers with accreditations for the most advanced technologies and cancer treatment options in the country.
They are equipped with one Varian True Beam linear accelerator an Elekta Flexitron HDR after loader superficial x-ray unit and a departmental CT simulation with 4D capabilities. The clinical scope of our practice is wide with treatments and techniques including VMAT SRS SBRT DIBH HDR brachytherapy LDR brachytherapy and radiopharmaceuticals.
The Radiation Oncology Department has an opening for a Full-Time Radiation Therapist to join our Team.
Experience:
Experience in the area of Radiation Oncology is preferred but not required. We are considering all levels of experience for this position.
Skills:
Working knowledge of radiation safety and current rules and regulations pertaining to radiation therapy
Ability to interpret and deliver treatments per plans and relevant treatment protocols

Ideal Candidate
Ideal Candidate will be ACTIVELY looking for employment on the Western Slope of Colorado located in GLENWOOD SPRINGS CO. Must have at least 2 years of experience. Bilingual English/Spanish and experience with Treatment Simulation is preferred but not required.
