About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial / Commercial Engineer to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO in a leading maritime and shipyard solutions organization. This unique position combines engineering expertise with executive-level administratyive support offering exposure to commercial operations project management and administrative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the CEOs right-hand providing strategic and operational support across multiple business functions.
Assist in planning and execution of engineering projects related to shipyard and maritime systems.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling documentation and executive communications.
Support commercial activities including client proposals cost analysis and vendor coordination.
Prepare technical reports presentations and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all engineering and operational activities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Industrial Systems Engineering or related discipline.
Strong understanding of maritime industrial / shipyard or industrial processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage executive-level priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in marine engineering naval architecture or shipyard projects.
Knowledge of commercial operations and project finance.
Ability to liaise effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
